We'll give you a temporary password
Choose your personal access number (PAN)
Step 1: Give us a call on 1890 500 121 & enter your Open24 number
Your Open24 number is printed on the back of your Visa Debit Card and your ATM card.
Step 2: Enter your Open24 number and we'll give you a temporary internet password
Your temporary internet password is the first step to logging into online banking Open24. Once you're logged in, you will need to change it to a password of your choice. This password must be 6-8 characters long and can only be made up of lowercase letters (no numbers permitted!).
Step 3: Choose your personal access number
Think of 6 digits for your personal access number. We'll ask you to key them in using your phone keypad.
Get started: log on to Open24 Online Banking
Then what?
You are good to go. Simply log in, and you can take advantage of all you can do with online banking:
- See your account summary: view all your balances on one screen
- Check your mini statement: click on the account name to see your recent transactions
- Transfer money: move money between your own accounts, or to third party accounts
- Pay bills: set up your account to pay gas, electricity, phone and more
