We are very proud to launch the 2019 – 2021 Graduate Talent Programme and take a number of bright, enthusiastic, top graduates on a journey to grow their careers with our support. This unique programme is specifically targeting graduates interested in joining the Group Risk division. Banks have made important changes to considerably develop risk management practice to new levels in the past decade and the pace of change shows no signs of slowing. Managing risk is a fundamental part of the financial services management, including a necessary adaptation to regulations that emerged from the global financial crisis, growing competition and innovative banking products offering, as well as technological advances.

The Graduate Talent Programme lasts 24 months and is carefully designed to allow new practitioners to gain insight into the various Risk disciplines in the banking environment, through job rotation within your chosen job profile – Data Analytics and Modelling Graduate, or Group Risk Banking Graduate, as well as exposure to other banking disciplines through a combination of short secondments, training and study tours. The graduates will have an opportunity to experience a truly authentic banking environment, gain unparalleled experience and skills and build a network with various stakeholders within the Bank, across all levels of seniority and roles. The programme has been tailored to offer career advancement, subject to satisfactory results. This is not all – it also brings the social aspect into the mix, by offering graduates an opportunity to be involved in various activities – sports, social or charitable.
