Recruitment process

Ahead of the onboarding of graduates in September 2019, there are four stages in the recruitment process, as follows:

  • Online Application and CV
  • Application Review
  • Aptitude Assessments and Interviews
  • Offer and Onboarding

Before you apply, you should think carefully about which programme best suits your passions, skills and interests. Once you’ve decided, you should complete a short application process on our Careers Portal.

How will your application be assessed?

Once you have applied, your application will be reviewed by our HR Recruitment team. Your profile will be reviewed against the targeted competencies for this programme. All applications will be assessed between November 2018 and January 2019.

What’s next for shortlisted candidates?

You will be invited for an aptitude test and if successful, invited to an interview, where you will have an opportunity to meet with managers from different areas of the programme.
