Our Graduate Talent Programme is not like the rest

We are one of Ireland’s leading providers of financial products and services. Join the team and you will have the opportunity to grow with us. We look for talented, enthusiastic and professional people. If you are committed, motivated, commercially minded and customer focused, we want to hear from you.

Why us? Because of three fundamental reasons:

Our Bank

At permanent tsb, we place enormous value on our culture and our history within the Irish Marketplace.

We have been serving the people of Ireland for over 200 years and have survived and thrived through the worst and the best of times. 11 February 2018 marked 200 years since the foundation of the Dublin Savings Bank of 11 February 1818.

Joining the team means that together we will grow permanent tsb and continue its contribution to the Irish economy to ensure another 200 years of serving the people of Ireland.

Our Graduate Talent Programme

Our Graduate Talent Programme is founded on three pillars that differentiate us from the crowd – You, Your development and Your future.

You

Exclusive

Our Graduate Talent Programme is exclusive - it is not like the rest. We are focusing on a small selected group of promising individuals.

Our size and structure allows greater opportunities for you to grow and develop your professional expertise. By joining our Graduate Talent Programme you have the potential to be a future leader in the company.

Investment in you

Given the trust and belief in our successful candidates and their potential to succeed in our Graduate Talent Programme, we are providing a highly competitive salary and benefits package. This package, in our view, is unique in the market.

Your Development

Expertise

Our Graduate Talent Programme aims to develop skilled Risk professionals. Risk is an ever expanding area across Banking and the wider financial services industry. A Business Specialism role in Risk means that you will develop a unique skillset by working alongside subject matter experts across multiple job rotations. This will allow you to develop highly sought after specialist knowledge and technical skills in a best in class Risk function.

Support

We care about our people and support our staff to achieve their career goals. Our Graduate Talent Programme prides itself on offering a personal and rewarding support structure to our graduates through a 3-tier approach. As a graduate you will have an opportunity to grow and develop with individual support from:

  • Designated Programme Mentor (senior member of staff)
  • Line Manager
  • Fellow Talented Graduates

Training and Personal Development

We are delighted to support your on-going learning and development both through traditional professional exams and technical software training. Additionally, our best in class internal career and learning portal means that you’re learning can encompass a wide range of topics to drive your personal development.

Your Future

Clear Career direction

We are focused on growing our own talent. Our Graduate Talent Programme is an excellence programme - it aims to offer our graduates a clear career direction with challenging and rewarding roles. By excelling in our Graduate Talent Programme, you will be well placed to progress to fulfil your career goals.

Our People

The quality of our people and the culture of the organisation are the major determinants of the Bank’s success. Our goal is to nurture a high performing, diverse and committed workforce.

We are collectively focused on building a better place to work for everyone. There is a considerable amount of work going on right across the business, and by joining the Graduate Talent Programme you will have the opportunity to be a part of it.

Values

Our values are principles that guide organisational behaviour like a compass. By joining the team you will work in a culture that thrives on its core values.
