permanent tsb will restructure its branch network as follows:

  • 16 of the current 92 branches will close
  • 2 additional branches will become self-service style branch locations
  • permanent tsb create a new flagship branch in Dublin City Centre

Self-service branches

2 branches in the greater Dublin area will become self-service style locations, these are located in Northside Shopping Centre and Tyrrelstown. This new style branch will be bringing you the very best banking technology and will include:

  • Interactive terminals: Terminals where you can find out about and buy new products and services.
  • Quick Bank kiosk: Kiosks where you can make lodgements, withdrawals, check your balance etc.
  • Customer Banking Centre: customer call area where you can talk with our Open24 telephone phone team for assistance/advice.
Flag ship branch

permanent tsb has confirmed plans to close St. Stephen’s Green branch in Dublin (mid 2013) and invest significantly in its Grafton Street branch to create a flagship Dublin City Centre site.
