The Permanent TSB Community Fund

We are delighted to announce our new Community giving programme – The Permanent TSB Community Fund. The Community Fund is a localised financial giving programme that will operate in each of our five regions across Ireland. The Community Fund will support communities by providing funding to local charities, groups and clubs that are having a positive and meaningful impact on the ground and who are working hard to make a difference.

How does The Community Fund work?

The Community Fund sits under the overall Permanent TSB Community Giving Strategy which has two parts: The National Strategy - Staff Charities and the Local Strategy – The Permanent TSB Community Fund.

  1. The National Strategy – Permanent TSB Staff Charities side of the Community Giving Strategy consists of two employee nominated charities and one business led charity. Overall we donate c. €200,000 per year through this initiative. Permanent TSB engages with the community through building strong partnerships, engaging employees in volunteering initiatives and providing financial support to local charities through the work of the Staff Charities Fund.

Since establishment, the Permanent TSB Staff Charities Fund has made donations in excess of €1 million to Irish Charities, supporting communities across the country – and we are committed to doing more.

2. The Local Strategy - The Permanent TSB Community Fund operates locally in five of our regions across Ireland. Through this Fund, we will be donating c. €100,000 to the five selected charities, CHOSEN BY YOU!
