Personal Details and Travelling Abroad

Changing your address

To change your address just call us on 1890 500 121 and once all of your Open24 details are entered, hit '0' to speak to an advisor.

We may need you to provide proof of your new address, if you're opening a new savings account or similar. See what documents are required here.


If you wish to change your correspondence address for your permanent tsb mortgage, please write into the below address stating your Mortgage Account number, the new correspondence address and the letter must be signed by all parties named on the Mortgage:

Changing your phone number

To change your phone number just call us on 1890 500 121 and once all of your Open24 details are entered, hit '0' to speak to an advisor. 

Going on holidays?

If you're heading away on holidays then let us know in advance. To do this login to and just click on the 'Do More' tab across the top of Open24 and choose 'Add or amend a travel note for your Visa Debit Card or Credit Card'. Alternatively, give us a call on 1890 500 121 to let us know where you're going and the dates you'll be away.


You can register for eStatements through Once registered, your usual paper statement will instead appear online for you to save and print out as required.

Paper Statements

If you're looking for an up to date paper statement, there's a few ways you can get one:

  • Login to, select an account and click on Statements, then Order Postal Statement.
  • At any permanent tsb ATM, select Other Services and then Order Statement.
  • Through our Automated Service on 1890 500 121 by pressing option 6

Please note, an up to date statement can take up to 6 working days to arrive.

Account Numbers (BIC and IBAN)

You can now get your BIC (Bank Identifier Code) and IBAN (International Bank Account Number) on

Once you log in, select your account and then 'view BIC and IBAN'. Check out our video demo for a step by step guide to your accounts.


Forgotten password

If you forget your password and need a new one, just call us on 1890 24 12 24:

  1. Enter your Open24 number and three digits from your PAN
  2. Press '2' to go to the main menu, you will automatically hear your account balance
  3. Press '5 to reset your internet password

Make sure to have a pen and paper handy to write down your temporary password and please wait 10 minutes before you reset your password on the website.
