Social Distancing

Protecting our colleagues, customers and communities is a priority to us. Help us keep each other safe by implementing social distancing when attending our branches.

Priority Banking Hours

We have introduced priority banking hours in branch for our elderly and vulnerable customers from 10.30am to 12pm Monday to Friday. During these hours we also have a dedicated phone line 1800 218 000 or +353 1212 4004 from abroad.

Nominated Person Withdrawal Form

If you are unable to visit a Branch to make a cash withdrawal, you can nominate a trusted family member or friend (‘Nominated Person’) to withdraw up to €500 on your behalf.
