Coming off COVID-19 Mortgage Payment break

To help you understand your options and to answer as many of your questions as possible, BPFI has produced a guide to coming off the COVID-19 Mortgage Payment Break

Priority Banking Hours

We have introduced priority banking hours in branch for our elderly and vulnerable customers from 10.30am to 12pm Monday to Friday. During these hours we also have a dedicated phone line 1800 218 000 or +353 1212 4004 from abroad.

Cocooning during COVID-19

As an industry, we’ve come together to create a guide to help our customers manage their money while cocooning during this challenging time.

Nominated Person Withdrawal Form

If you are unable to visit a Branch to make a cash withdrawal, you can nominate a trusted family member or friend (‘Nominated Person’) to withdraw up to €500 on your behalf.
