How do I change my home address?
To update your home address, or other personal account details, watch our step by step video tutorial below, or follow these steps:
- Log in to the Open24 online banking website.
- You will then be asked to enter 3 digits of you Personal Access Number (PAN).
- Select "Other services" on the left hand side menu.
- Under the "Do More" section, select "View More".
- Under "Update your Contact Details", select "Update now".
- Then select "Update Personal details".
- Input your new home address, and then select "Confirm".
- Once you've received confirmation on screen that your home address has been updated, you can continue your online banking as normal.
Important information
For security purposes, if you have updated your home address through Open24 online banking within the last 6 months, you will need to call our Change of Address Team on 01 215 1361 or 021 601 4868 to update your account details.
