1. What is GoREWARDS?

permanent tsb have partnered with Visa to present GoREWARDS - a reward platform that gives customers personalised discounts and offers when paying with their registered permanent tsb Visa Debit Card. Customers receive cashback when redeeming offers from high street and online brands.

2. Am I eligible for GoREWARDS?

You need to hold a personal current account with an active permanent tsb Visa Debit Card and be 16 years of age.

3. How do I register?

Visit the GoREWARDS website and click ‘Register':

  1. Enter your email address.
  2. Check your inbox for the verification email from noreply@mail.visaoffers.eu.
  3. Click the link that will bring you to the final registration page.
  4. You will need to provide your location, a password, and your Visa Debit Card number.
  5. Review and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and click Register.

4. Do I have to register on a desktop/laptop for the 1st time?

No, you can register from any device – desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.

5. What if I do not accept the Terms & Conditions on the GoREWARDS website?

If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions when registering you will not be able to avail of GoREWARDS.

6. Can I access this site on my mobile?

7. Can I register more than one permanent tsb Visa Debit Card?

Yes, you will be able to register up to 5 permanent tsb Visa Debit Cards. To add an additional card you need to go to the ‘Manage Cards’ section under ‘My Account’ in the GoREWARDS website. Please note when adding a card your GoREWARDS account it will be bound to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions that apply at that time.

8. I have not received my registration e-mail. What should I do?

Please check the following;

  • Review your email to ensure it has been input correctly.
  • Check you spam/junk folder in your email.
  • If the email does not appear you will need to revert back to the GoREWARDS website, under the ‘Help’ tab you will find a list of FAQ’s. If you cannot find your answer there you can log a query with Visa directly by choosing ‘Other’ and inputting your name, email address and your query. For security reasons, please do not include your full card number or account details.

1. How do I change my account information (e.g. password, email, location and card details)?

You can change these details in the GoREWARDS website under ‘My Account’.

2. Can I opt-out of emails?

Yes, you can choose to opt out of both the Weekly email and the cashback confirmation emails on the GoREWARDS website under 'My Account'.

3. Can I opt-out of the GoREWARDS service?

You can unsubscribe from this service from the ‘Help’ page by choosing ‘Other’ and inputting your name, email address and your request to unsubscribe. For security reasons, please do not include your full card number or account details.

1. How do I redeem my offers?

When you view an offer you want to redeem – you must simply pay in that merchant with your registered Visa Debit Card within the terms of the offer.

4. Will I see details of the cashback offer on the retailers receipt?

No, you will not be able to see the offer on the retailers receipt. The confirmation of the cashback offer will be sent via email once it is lodged to your account.

5. How long will it take to receive my cashback?

Your cashback will be paid into your account linked to your permanent tsb Visa Debit Card typically within 5 working days of the payment being taken.

6. How do I know when I have redeemed an offer successfully?
  1. Log in and visit the ‘Offer History’ page. Every offer you redeem should appear there typically after 5 working days of the payment being taken.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation typically within 5 working days.
  3. ‘CLO Visa Offers’ will be displayed on your Current account statement.

7. Will I receive cashback if I pay for an offer with a different permanent tsb Visa Card?

Yes, once the permanent tsb Visa Debit Card is registered for GoREWARDS. Please note that all offers are available on all registered cards but the offer can only be redeemed on one card i.e the offer is only valid on one of your registered Visa Debit Cards.

8. I’ve not received Cashback from an offer I redeemed? Where can I get more information?

Please check the following:

  • Cashback takes up to 5 working days to be paid into your account.
  • Confirm that your purchase met the terms of the offer provided in the offer details, e.g.
    • Minimum purchase amount.
    • Offer validity dates.
    • Correct store location.
    • Correct card used.
  • Check that the Cashback is listed in the ‘Offer History’ section of the GoREWARDS website.

If you believe that the Cashback should have been received,you can contact Visa directly from the ‘Help’ page on the GoREWARDS website by choosing ‘Other’ and inputting your name, email address and your query. For security reasons, please do not include your full card number or account details.

9. Can I look back and see what offers I have redeemed?

Yes, you will be able to log onto the GoREWARDS website and review offers you have redeemed under the ‘Offer History’.

10. Why did my friend receive an offer and I did not?

GoREWARDS are tailored to your own shopping preferences so that you get offers that are relevant to you. As such, the offers that you get may vary from your friends and family.

3. Where is my data stored?

Information on how you choose to use GoREWARDS is securely stored by Visa Europe technology platforms in the EU. Any information related to the regular use of your Visa Card is stored securely.

4. Will Visa share my information and/or my purchase habits with third parties?

Only Visa Europe, permanent tsb, retailers and their other subcontractors have access to your data for the purpose of GoREWARDS. It is not shared with any other parties.

When you redeem an offer with a retailer, the retailer will have access to your information in the normal course of processing a payment. This is because when you redeem an offer and make a transaction with a retailer you may be required to provide some information directly to them in order for your purchase to be processed.

Also, in order to credit the cashback to your registered Visa Debit Card, we can confirm with retailers that you met the terms of your offer in the purchase. For that, Visa sends retailers limited selected information about such purchases.

5. Will I start receiving unsolicited emails if I join GoREWARDS?

No, we will only contact you via emails about GoREWARDS.

You can however always unsubscribe to these emails. If you unsubscribe, you can log into the GoREWARDS website and visit the ‘My Offers’ page to find out what new offers you have.
