When you view an offer you want to redeem – you must simply pay in that merchant with your registered Visa Debit Card within the terms of the offer – some online offers may need to be activated (this will be clearly noted).
Each offer is valid until it is redeemed or a two week period whichever is first.

No, you will not be able to see the offer on the retailers receipt. The confirmation of the cashback offer will be sent via email once it is lodged to your account.
Your cashback will be paid into your account linked to your Visa Debit Card typically within 5 working days of the payment being taken.

Information on how you choose to use GoREWARDS is securely stored by Visa Europe technology platforms in the EU. Any information related to the regular use of your Visa Card is stored securely.

When you redeem an offer with a retailer, the retailer will have access to your information in the normal course of processing a payment. This is because when you redeem an offer and make a transaction with a retailer you may be required to provide some information directly to them in order for your purchase to be processed.
Also, in order to credit the cashback to your registered Visa Debit Card, we can confirm with retailers that you met the terms of your offer in the purchase. For that, Visa sends retailers limited selected information about such purchases.
