How do I replace a damaged card

1. Log in to your Open24 Online Banking.
2. Select Other Services on the left-hand navigation bar.
3. Select Do More.
4. Under Card Maintenance, select Cancel and replace a damaged Visa Debit Card.
5. Once completed your card will be cancelled and you will receive your new card and PIN within 5-7 working days. These will arrive separately.

Please destroy your old card when you receive your new Visa Debit Card.
