How do I cancel and replace a lost or stolen card

Please note there is a €5.00 charge for a replacement Visa Debit Card due to being lost/stolen.

1. Log in to your Open24 Online Banking.
2. Select Other Services on the left-hand navigation bar.
3. Select Do More.
4. Under Card Maintenance, select Cancel and replace a lost/stolen Visa Debit Card.
5. Once completed your card will be cancelled and you will receive your new card and PIN within 5-7 working days. These will arrive separately.
