Push Notification Support

When making a purchase with online shopping, you will be asked to authenticate with your permanent tsb mobile app.

This process only works if you have push notifications enabled. Please ensure that notifications are enabled for the permanent tsb mobile app on your device. Notification settings are usually located in the Settings app of your device. Please consult your device manufacturer if you are unsure how to enable push notifications. 

If push notifications are enabled, but you are still not receiving them, try the following:

  • Check for updates to the permanent tsb app in your app store.
  • Delete and reinstall the permanent tsb app to ensure that you have the most up-to-date version of the app installed.
  • Ensure that you are connected to the internet.
  • Ensure that Power Saver and Do Not Disturb modes are disabled, as they can affect push notifications.
