Push Notification Support

When making a purchase with online shopping, you will be asked to authenticate with your PTSB mobile app.

This process only works if you have push notifications enabled. Please ensure that notifications are enabled for the PTSB mobile app on your device. Notification settings are usually located in the Settings app of your device. Please consult your device manufacturer if you are unsure how to enable push notifications. 

If push notifications are enabled, but you are still not receiving them, try the following:

  • Ensure you have the most up to date app version.
  • Make sure you are connected to the internet.

Once you have the most up to date app version and are connected to the internet, you can also access the authentication process by simply opening the PTSB mobile app on your registered device.
