If you are not locked out of your account but want to reset your password, please follow these instructions instead.

1. Be ready to enter your Open24 number (the 10 digit number on your card) and your Personal Access Number.
   
   
2. You will be given a new temporary password which takes approx. 5-10 minutes to activate.
   
   
3. Only using a desktop or laptop computer login to Open24 by entering your temporary password.
   
   
4. You will then be asked to enter 3 digits of your Personal Access Number. Please follow the remaining instructions carefully

After you have logged in with your temporary password, you can change your password by following these instructions
