If you are not locked out of your account but want to reset your password, please follow these instructions instead.
- Be ready to enter your Open24 number (the 10 digit number on your card) and your Personal Access Number.
- You will be given a new temporary password which takes approx. 5-10 minutes to activate.
- Only using a desktop or laptop computer login to Open24 by entering your temporary password.
- You will then be asked to enter 3 digits of your Personal Access Number. Please follow the remaining instructions carefully
After you have logged in with your temporary password, you can change your password by following these instructions
