Social Media Terms and Conditions

  1. To enter the draw, a ‘retweet’ and/ or ’ favourite’ and/or 'follow' and/or ‘comment’ and/or ‘Like’ and/or instruction as specified in the tweet and/or facebook post must be made or fulfilled by the entrant to the specified permanent tsb p.l.c’s tweet and/or facebook post (provided the ‘retweet’ or ‘favourite’ or 'follow' or ‘like’ has not been withdrawn, or tweet and/or comment has been removed by the entrant prior to the closing date for entry to the draw). 
  2. Employees of permanent tsb p.l.c or their family members or third parties connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter the draw.
  3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and be a resident in the Republic of Ireland.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the draw.

  5. The prizes for the social media competition announced on 18 September 2017 on Facebook and Twitter are specified as follows:

    Twitter

    • Prize 1: “Trip to Amsterdam” comprises one holiday voucher for Budget Travel to the value of €750.
    • Prize 2: “Fancy meals” comprises one voucher to the value of €250 for a restaurant of the winner’s choice in the Republic of Ireland (subject to availability).
    • Prize 3: “A year of coffee” comprises one voucher to the value of €250 for the Insomnia, Costa Coffee, or Butler’s chain of coffee shops in the Republic of Ireland.
    • Prize 4: “Catch my fav bands” comprises one Ticketmaster voucher to the value of €150.

    Facebook

    • Prize of a “Trip to Amsterdam” comprises one holiday voucher for Budget Travel to the value of €750.

  6. The winner of this prize will be the first person randomly chosen from all entrants to the particular draw.
  7. Entries must be received by a ‘retweet’ and/or ‘favourite’ and/or ‘follow’ and/or ‘comment’ and/or ‘Like’ and/or instruction as specified in the tweet or post of the permanent tsb p.l.c tweet or facebook post as specified no later than 7 calendar days from the posting date of the specified promotion.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The winner will be contacted via Twitter or Facebook in relation to the collection or delivery of the prize.
  10. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
  11. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, permanent tsb reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and the prize will be forfeited.
  12. permanent tsb p.l.c’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the awarding of the prize.
  13. permanent tsb p.l.c reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw or amend these terms and conditions without notice for any reason subject to applicable law.
  14. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Facebook or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to permanent tsb p.l.c and not to any other party.
  15. We reserve the right to announce and/or publish the winners’ names.
  16. By entering the draw, an entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  17. Prizes as specified in permanent tsb p.l.c’s tweet or facebook post will be dispatched within 4 weeks of the draw closing date to the entry winner.
