Our Employee Resource Groups

To support the delivery of a better colleague experience, we have set up a number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), whose aim is to enable employees to join together based on shared characteristics or life experiences.

The ERGs aim to help diverse groups obtain a collective voice within the organisation and serve as an organised and established platform to promote change, organise events and create awareness to support permanent tsb and our people to become more inclusive.

There are currently four ERGs in place, including LiveWell, our group for health and wellbeing.

LiveWell – Our Employee Resource Group for Health and Wellbeing

LiveWell is an employee resource group that includes representation from all areas of the business. The Vision of LiveWell is to support our Leaders and Colleagues make permanent tsb a great place to work by providing the space, connection, and support, for colleagues to engage in the area(s) of wellbeing that’s important to them regardless of their location: From physical, to mental, to social, to financial – recognising that it shows up differently for each of us.

Together, the group focuses on all areas of employee health and wellbeing, by creating and promoting content, supports and events that impact everyone, ensuring that they are accessible to all colleagues regardless of their role and working location including:

  • The management of an Employee Wellbeing page on our intranet
  • The mobilisation of Wellbeing Month every year, with a series of events and communications dealing with topics such as pension planning, bereavement, reflexology and more
  • The ‘At Your Own Pace’ race series, a series of virtual running events that engages our colleagues while raising money for our Community Fund Partners.
  • The “Life Through My Eyes” series – blog type posts by colleagues sharing personal experiences that they have had through life – ranging in themes from adoption to disability to living with illness.

LiveWell has an Executive Sponsor who supports the team to promote better colleague health and wellbeing.
