The Graduate Talent Programme is designed to ensure all graduates develop professionally and personally through exposure and insight to different departments within permanent tsb, to encourage them to develop and enhance multiple skills. The number of rotations varies from Programme to Programme – see role profiles for details. Rotations are supported by a 2-tier support network consisting of a Line Manager and an assigned buddy together with collective structured peer group development in a supportive community environment.

Who is this programme for?
To be considered for the Programme candidates must have graduated with a 2:1 honours Bachelor’s Degree (NFQ Level 8) or be on track to achieve a 2:1 honours Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in 2022.
Applicants from all disciplines will be considered.
How long does the Graduate Programme run?
The Programme runs for 24 months and consists of three 8 month rotations, structured towards enabling graduates to gain insight and exposure to different teams and roles related to our business.

Once you have applied, your application will be reviewed by our HR Recruitment team. Your profile will be reviewed against the targeted competencies (Customer Focus, Team Work and Problem Solving) for this programme.
All applications will be assessed between December 2021 and January 2022. You can expect to hear from us during this period.
You will be invited for a psychometric test and if successful, invited to an interview, where you will have an opportunity to meet with managers from different areas of the business.
