How do I Report my Visa Debit Card as Lost or Stolen?

It’s never been easier to manage your card’s maintenance. Should you lose yourVisa Debit card, you can cancel and order a replacement Visa Debit Card using your Open24 account.

Log in to your Open24 Desktop account.

  1. Select “Do More” on the top right corner of the page.
  2. Under “Card Maintenance”, you can select to cancel and replace a lost or stolen Visa Debit card.
  3. Identify and select which card you wish to replace. You’ll then see a notice informing you of important information and related fees if applicable.
  4. You will then be asked to confirm the card cancellation.

How do I Replace a Damaged Visa Debit Card?

We’ve outlined the steps you’ll need to take to replace a damaged Visa Debit Card.

Log in to your Open24 Desktop account.

  1. Select “Do More” on the top right corner of the page.
  2. Under “Card Maintenance”, select “Replace a damaged Visa Debit Card”.
  3. Confirm the last 4 digits of your existing card, select continue and confirm the card details.
  4. You’ll receive a message prompting your next action.

How do I Order a Replacement PIN?

If you have forgotten your PIN, or if your Visa Debit Card has been locked, you’ll need to order a reminder PIN to help unlock your card. We’ve made it easy for you to order your reminder PIN via the Open24 desktop site. Here’s how:

Log in to your Open24 Desktop account.

  1. Select “Do More” on the top right corner of the page.
  2. Select “Order a Reminder PIN” in Card Maintenance.
  3. You will be asked to select which Debit/Credit card you want the reminder PIN issued for.
  4. The system will then prompt you asking to confirm your card details, while also displaying a timeframe for expected delivery.
  5. We’ll send a text message containing a security code to your register mobile phone, which you will need to enter to complete the PIN Reissue process.
