1. Do I need to have an Explore Account to get the 2% cashback at drawdown offer?

No. A permanent tsb Explore Account, or any other type of permanent tsb account, is not required to avail of the 2% cashback at drawdown offer.

2. Can I pay my mortgage from a non-permanent tsb account?

Yes. You can repay your mortgage from a non-permanent tsb current account and still get the 2% cashback at drawdown offer.

3. Who is the 2% cashback at drawdown offer available to?
  • First time buyers
  • Movers
  • Self-build customers
  • Customers switching their mortgage to permanent tsb

4. Who doesn’t qualify for the 2% cashback at drawdown offer?
  • Tracker portability or negative equity customers (including any additional funds) 
  • Buy-to-let customers
  • Equity release or home improvement mortgage loans
  • Applicants who have drawn down any of their funds before 11 January 2016

5. When is the offer available until?

The offer is available for customers who receive their full mortgage Letter of Approval before 31 March 2018.

6. Is the offer available on fixed rate and variable rate mortgages?

Yes. The 2% cashback at drawdown is available on both fixed rate and variable rate mortgages.

7. When will the 2% cashback be paid?

The cashback will be paid into your mortgage paying account within 20 working days of the mortgage being drawn down.

There’s no limit to the amount of cashback which you can receive.
