Contact Centre change of hours

Our contact centre will have revised opening hours with effect from Monday 4th October. Agent support will be available from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 9am-5pm and 10am-2pm Saturday and Sunday. Our social media team will be available from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and 10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday. If you need to report a card lost or stolen you can contact us on 1800 687 687 or + 353 (1) 212 4290. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Lost or stolen cards

You can report your Visa Debit Card lost or stolen via Open24 on your desktop, laptop or tablet, just follow these steps.

To report your Visa Credit Card lost or stolen, please call 1800 687 687. For calls outside of Ireland, call +353 (1) 212 4290 (please note: your network provider may charge you for this call). Our lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively visit the Visa Europe website and find the free phone number for the country that you're in.

Fraud Department

If you have been a victim of fraud or if you would like to report suspicious fraudulent activity please call our fraud department on +353 (1) 669 5851. Lines are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

ComReg changes to permanent tsb phone numbers

Which phone numbers are changing?

  • All phone numbers starting with the pre-fix 1890, 1850 and 076 are changing to 0818 numbers

Why are these phone numbers changing?

  • The Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) are the statutory body responsible for the regulation of the electronic communications sector in Ireland. ComReg are introducing these mandatory changes to simplify the quantity of non-geographic numbers, and reduce call costs for customers. You can find out more here

When are these phone numbers being withdrawn?

  • 31 December 2021

What will happen when I call a permanent tsb 1850, 1890 or 076 phone number from 31 December 2021?

  • As all national 1850, 1890 or 076 numbers will be terminated from 31 December 2021 on instruction from ComReg, callers will hear a ‘this number is no longer in service’ message
